When you say you don’t have the option, do you mean the send button is missing? Greyed out?

Hi. Was there any follow up on this yet? Any word as to possible causes? I've downloaded an Android emulator app and it works through that, weirdly. If I go on my regular web browser though, it's still the same issues as before.

It doesn’t appear to be an issue with the site. But if you could a browser it works on that’s great

Ah ok, that's odd. I wonder what's happened then, because it's both Opera and Chrome it's not working in, so it's not even as if it's one Browser. Yea it took a lot of messing around, it's not ideal but something is better than nothing. Appreciate your help. Take care.

Which android emulator did you use?
 
Someone had this issue and found it was fixed after adjusting a VPN they had. Check here, and try this.

Thread 'Chat rooms will not load'

Hello I am posting to a what seems growingly common issues with people unable to get the chat rooms to load fully. As a guest I was able to access the chat room for about 24hrs. Then for some reason the chatroom would not load fully. I would be greeted with a chat window that would allow me to access the particapants in the room by no active chat dialog. and when changing rooms to see if I could access them I would be greeted with an Error message (An Error Has Occured) in red highlight at the top of the chat screen. With a loading circle in the chat rooms lobby window.
