Am I Banned Again From VC?

Hello again people,

So, I've been trying to be better on VC and keep out of any trouble (usually do for the most part anyways). I think I was just banned again on there and I'm not sure the reason why. Maybe I triggered some spam filter but I wasn't typing the same thing over again, just having a normal convo. I did ask if someone wanted to add me on Snap to keep in touch. I didn't check if that's against TOS. Could someone chime in and let me know why I've been banned again?

Did you ask them in main? if so that is not allowed to do in main.
 
I had asked in private message with them. Nothing inappropriate just if they wanted my snap to keep in touch.
So, it seems like it was just my data on my phone acting up that night since we had a bad ice storm. After about 30min or so I was able to enter again. I still can't enter VC though on my home network.
