I believe this person is a bot
They keep on evading bans

Anyone can evade a ban easily, you can't really do much to prevent it. They use VPNS to bypass most of the time, but I think TC have the vpn blocker on, but some even can bypass that too. You just have to keep banning them. Maybe @Annie can provide more information.
I've seen this user in chat and what they post is really disturbing though. Just ignore them and report I guess?

VPN block is on but still most can get past it. Most can get past every mute/kick/ban that’s given. All the staff can do is keep trying
