Anyone use Tumeric or Boswellia (Indian Frankincense) ?

I have mild arthritis on right hip and currently use collagen but had enough of side effects which is way to fast nail and hair growth and yes a pain for me to clip my nails every 4 days , buzz shave my bald head outer rim of hair , lol again every 4 days .

I am interested if anyone has actually used and happy with Tumeric or Boswellia (Indian Frankincense) ?

lol delightful and since then I have been trying them looks like Tumeric overrated and Boswellia way better .
