Are guests allowed to post chat avenue links

The rules say on every chat room chat avenue links to outside websites are not allowed but chat avenue links are. It makes no mention of the account holders status, whether theyre guests, registered or VIP. But being a guest means the moderators dont respect what you have to say and can infract you for any reason whatsoever.

No external links or URLS are allowed in the main chat - This includes social websites. VIP ******** can post you tube videos.
Forums can be linked IF the material is in accordance with room rules, doesn't disrupt chat or used for trolling.

it does say only vip can bypass the word filter in the vip features, which links are filtered…

that explicitly means everyone except vip users cant post links & bypass the word filter regardless if the link is from the website 🤷🏼‍♀️

Where are you getting this information i have not EVER seen the vip features make any mention of the word filter.
Dont get me wrong i know that thats what happens when you get VIP but it makes no mention of it.

If that were true then words like N**GA F*G and are also allowed because VIP removes the word filter. And we both know theyre not allowed.

If the link being shared is a Chat-Avenue link (and not for the intention of trolling/harassing), it’s allowed, regardless of account status, in Music Chat and Singles Chat. The only issue a Guest will run into when sharing a Forums link in the room, as an example, is the filter removing certain parts of the link, which could then cause an action to be taken.

But being a guest means the moderators dont respect what you have to say and can infract you for any reason whatsoever.

This is incorrect, and if you’re having issues with any Moderator, please reach out to the Admin of whatever room.

I was showing sofija my baby squirrels i found camping so i linked the member pics forum. It was done with no other intention other than to show her my baby squirrels.

Why does action need to be taken if the filter has already taken action and censored the word?

This is incorrect, and if you’re having issues with any Moderator, please reach out to the Admin of whatever room.

Just like the word censor, just because you can it doesn’t mean you should.


To explain how misguided your approach is in the word censor, some of the adult rooms censor out the number “14” so that those aged 14 can’t post their age and those looking for 14 year olds can’t post that they’re looking for 14 year olds.

Your suggestion that the censor does the job and requires no staff intervention would therefore allow very bad behaviour to continue.

I dont know ? Apollo lets us post forum links for the past 4 years, Johnny as well, and currently arga with the exception of the mods harassing. As far i know its always been allowed. I see people posting them in general chat as well.

I dont know ? Apollo lets us post forum links for the past 4 years, Johnny as well, and currently arga with the exception of the mods harassing. As far i know its always been allowed. I see people posting them in general chat as well.

As you know, different rooms have different rules. Perhaps you should have waited for clarification on your room specific thread instead of making one that’s not room specific - when clearly it is

The system has two filters. Bad word filter and spam filter.
Bad word filter will only censor a bad word like nigg er, fa g got etc ...the *** will appear in between the letters (no other action ) unless you are being mute or kicked manually however the spam filter will ban anyone who uses any word listed on the filter list.
