Are minors reported to the authorities?

I'm a minor & I used to use this site whenever I was feeling bored (and stupid) but I've now stopped thankfully. I'm just wondering if I should be worried? The extent of my activities was just talking to old men & I never engaged in anything else.

Are the reports followed up? The amount of underage and paedos in that chatrooms clearly answers that.

As long as you're above 13 you're allowed in some rooms, just not the adult rooms or 17+ rooms.

There is no reason a minor would be reported to "authorities." The site is 13+ with various rooms having different ages allowed.

The OP clearly said they "only talked to older" so to clarify my remark - there is no reason a minor would be reported to "the authorities" soley for being a minor- and I am unaware that any site policy that says otherwise.

The second part of your post is speculative and probably off topic so I respectfully decline to reply to that part have a nice day 🙂

edit: (anyone under 18 is a minor in the US and most parts of Canada) and I just noticed this is in the gay forum and room admin has posted so....

On the contrary, I can think of many reasons a minor would be reported to the authorities. Despite talking to older, if they were taking and distributing (especially selling) nude or pornographic images of themselves whilst being underage, that could absolutely warrant a report.

The only way you’d get reported is if someone reported you, you would’ve known by now. However, yes minors have been reported before for offenses. Whether it’s threatening others (trolling basically), or participating in illegal activities. Again you’d know by now, I had a chatter that had the FBI show up to his door step due to threatening to “shoot up places”.
You’ve stopped and what’s in the past is in the past.
