Are the Owners of Chat Avenue Still Alive?

Does anyone know if the owner or owners of Chat Avenue are even still alive and monitoring this site?

And whether or not he/she/it actually cares about the abuse and filth that goes on here, beyond the money rolling into the bank coffers?

Honestly, what that would tell me is that you created this for money and possibly to commit crimes. Crimes such as fraud, conspiracy to engage in sexual acts with minors, Accessory, and possibly even neglectful homicide. Honestly these would probably be federal offenses maybe state. But I strongly believe that the owners of the site should take some responsibility.

I will take you to task though first amendment rights do no apply to a chat room or chat service. Don't believe me hire a lawyer and see if they will sue for you.
I am not disagreeing saying these rooms need more monitoring. But this is a dying site.

Keep in mind that it's a private server, publicly accessed, so the laws are a lil different on Chat Ave. Many have also attempted to 'take the site down' in the past; none have succeeded.
