HR gave you a free pass on something that you would've been banned for in other rooms, regardless if it was an accident or caused by a disability, regardless of any excuse or reasoning.

HR did something nobody else would've. If he's putting his foot down about something, be grateful he let you go as far as he has.

That's the "facts" you seem obsessed about us knowing.

Just be glad a less tolerant person is not admin of that room. Most would of banned you forever. Have fun making a fool out of H.R.
But be cautious because he may not be admin forever. You really need to have your IP turned into the police since you find cp so funny.

Here's the law you are breaking. If found guilty you could receive up to a life term in prison if found guilty.
Even if you are not in the U.S. you could be extradited.
Those who are found guilty of this and sent to prison usually do not have a good time from what I heard.

In legal terms, you do not have to intentionally break a law in order to break it. If you seduce a woman and she claims to be 20 when she's in reality 14, you've still broken the law. Severely. Even if it was accidental.

Why does that matter? You reposted something that has a connection to illegal content, which is against site rules. Period. It doesn't matter if someone else posted it, you did too, and because you did, you broke site rules.

If you can't control your behavior, you shouldn't interact with people. I am autistic myself, and I have severe social anxiety and depression. That doesn't make me exempt from social activities, arguments, or uncomfortable situations. I still have to do things I don't want to do, and my mom still yells at me when I don't do the dishes, even though it freaks me the hell out. But, I didn't do the dishes, so I'm going to be held accountable.

OCD is controllable. It can be as simple as Exposure Therapy (which would be exposing you to what would normally cause you to become impulsed and then NOT FOLLOWING THE IMPULSE).

That’s where I think Darian is lying about that. I’ve never heard OCD making you repost things just because someone posted it. But yes it’s not fair he’s not being held accountable for what he reposted because if it was someone else they would be banned with no questions asked. He did indeed break a site rule and he should be banned for it. Not only did he break a rule but he reposted CP which is the worst shΔ±t to repost out of all things he could’ve reposted.

He is very passive aggressive, and when he gets mad he’ll move on, and then start harassing you.

@Chatmaster we are all experiencing this… maybe we are all liars and the guy who keeps changing his name, well using his old account to still post incoherent things to make it look like it wasn’t him….is honest…..

I'm fed up with people saying their disorders made them do it, because most of the time it's a cover up for your wrong actions. It's also making people with those disorders look stupid.

I have a lot of disorders also, one of them happens to be Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and it's when someone experiences uncontrollable thoughts and repetitive behaviors.

You can ask the room admins and mods I chat under, you don't see me posting stuff that goes against the rules of the chat room.

Your disorders in this case are not a cover up for your actions, you might have fooled one person but the rest of us think your an idiot.
