Bad faith Mod in the lesbian room

I’m having a big problem with the mod Squircle. She claims I’m breaking rules, but when I asked to see the rules I’m breaking she responded with a horrible attitude. I’m posting a link so you can all see.

I don’t think this is acceptable behaviour
 
I'm going to tag @flame_song, who is the Lesbian Chat admin, to draw her attention to your concerns. She however prefers PMs, so I'd encourage you to PM her by clicking on her name in this message in blue and clicking "start conversation." Be sure to include those SS if you do send her a PM.
 
Good luck with that she never answers any pm that criticises her staff members even if they are clearly in the wrong, which in my view has been proven in this case

She is going to say I spam the room. With I did. That’s why my name is so random. But I did it only after I was kicked out without any explanation, only those hatful remarks.
Childish I know but I felt that I had been very badly treated. Second she is going to say that I’m a pedo I don’t know why , I think she has me confused with someone else. I’m not looking for underage. LC is a 17 and over room. If I wanted underage I would be in the GC or the KC. I have read the rules and the only thing that talks about age is that you have to specify a age if you say something like I’m looking for younger. I don’t say anything like that. And the most ridiculous thing she said is that I can’t use the word fun or play because it means sex. Now I would follow what she said if they were written down in the rule part of the forum. That’s not the case. Mods should not be allowed to make up their own rules, it makes for a very unsafe space.

First, I have asked you for three days in a row to replace two pieces of information in your message and you did PM me TWICE asking for more explanation and saying even this person and that person lets you do it. I am my own person. You also got a full room explanation with Alien and the entire chat present.
- I said do not write "AGE does not matter" I said replace it with 17+ given that some young people sneak in and we cannot get all of them in a room of 200+ despite them not being allowed.
- I also explained the changing some wording which you'd agreed upon and you did change it for a while.
- Lastly, just because we are all mods, doesn't mean we all interpret rules the same manner. If they are okay with age doesn't matter and you inviting people to play with you or whatever the heck you do... doesn't mean I have to bend my ethics, morals or any of my principles. if that's what will get me demoted so be it, you registered simply because you don't get your way with ALL the mods and I stood my ground.
- Both you and I in plain public view stated that we don't agree with blind rules and I said context matters and I am my own person and they don't control what I say or do. If they have an issue with me then they can take it up with me. While one mod, may not agree with the word ass in a nickname, I don't see it as inherently bad because one could say ass, wise ass, asswipe etc without being rude. If people are having an intellectual discussion without drama about religion and nobody is fighting or being disrespectful towards anyone else, I'm not going to warn them. Just like you, I stated that I agreed with the freedom to say what one wants but the manner in which it is delivered is what it is.
- "Other mods let me do it because you spam if they kick or mute...." doesn't frighten me and you threatened and clearly you got the "proof you wanted". I have the patience to continuously kick you for 40 minutes as you saw. You then entered and had a civilised conversation with Alien, Duckie and myself, which if you had any common sense you'd be doing instead of spamming the same damn line for the past year.
- If you want to take over an hour interaction and summarise it with those three screenshots to paint me as the bad guy so be it. You are definitely not an innocent party nor a victim.

If I am demoted due to this, then you should also be demoted for the stuff you've done in the past too, to me, to thumper, to other mods which means permanently kick you. But given you use a vpn, it won't stand. So What I am seeing is that someone didn't actually bow down to you and held their grown and is now a target- I've said my part.

Lastly, this isn't the end all be all to my life which seems to be the case for you. I mod to enjoy talking to people without the annoyance of pedophiles, harassers, and spammers.

A foundation for a civilised society is that the people in power don’t bring personal stuff in to interpretation of laws and rules. What if the next mod has a strong ethical belief that smoking weed id wrong, a case that could be made. Should that person be allowed to kick out every one that mentions using weed. I have stated many times, show me the rules that say I can’t use specific words or phrases and I will happily do so. Until then I’m sticking to my guns
And in response to us having a civilised conversation, do you think your comments about me is reflecting of what people consider civilised and respectful?
Like it or not you are a representative of a service and we are your clients, so you need to be held to a higher standard than just a normal user.
And not that it matters but I’m not using a VPN

Rules are rules, some mods view and interperate the rules differently, we are all different people from all around the world.
Criticising a mod for enforcing the rules in a different way than others is just silly. However I agree the mod saying they follow their own rules is a bit OTT However I don't feel its that bad. And if you have problem with being kicked for breaking the rules, the answer is so simple, don't break the rules.

Rules are rules I agree. But my point is if everyone is interpreting them differently then they stop being rules and become completely arbitrary. And my original point is that I have no broken any rules. There is nothing in the rules that says I can’t say age doesn’t matter (because to me in a 17 and over room it doesn’t) and also there’s nothing that says I can’t use words like fun and play.
Now granted that the rules for the LC as posted in the forum is very general, so to be in the safe side I used te rules for GC and they are very detailed. But looking through that list I couldn’t see any rules that I had broken. Now some mods have rules listed on their profiles, and I don’t see anything there that I’m in violation of

If I had broken any rules I would accept that. But as it stands I don’t think I have.

That's just daft because age DOES matter as I said people are from all over the world and there are laws in place

But not on a global platform, what's legal in your country and culture may not be acceptable in others the global acceptance is 18+ it is the law.
If you can't follow this then you are in violation of the rules of the site and the law of the world.

Law of the world?
I’m in a country that have the age of concent at 15. As long as I’m in my country and follow the rules of my country I’m not breaking the law. I’m only a subject to the laws of a different country if I’m in that country.and I’m not breaking the age rules of the site, because I’m in a 17+ room

This is not the point of the thread btw. It’s trying to find a way to deal with a abusive moderator.

Look say you were in the room and got intimate with someone who is 17 from the usa then that is against the law, the authorities take a strong view on online stuff like that, the law is the law, rules are rules

First of, I’m not breaking any laws if I have a intimate vc with a 17 year old because I’m not a American citizens. As long as it’s concent on both parties no laws are broken from my side. Secondly American is a federation, and there are different age of concent in different states . And again this is not the point of the thread. I don’t want to get stuck in when age people think is appropriate. I’m in a 17 and over room because that’s a age group I’m ok with.

First of all you don’t know what I have and have not done. And also I refuse to alter my behaviour when I’m not breaking any rules. Why don’t you go through the rules in the forum and tell me which ones I have broken
Maybe you will have more luck than that mod, because she couldn’t point to any
