Ban for over 3 weeks !

I was banned for posting a pic of my daughters friend who is 18. She does look young but she is 18. Me and my bf are open with her. No one even asked me about the pic. They just banned me.
Ban has been like 3 weeks. Totally unfair! please remove my ban !
 
Some advice to you @OP

By your own complaint you suggest the image could appear to contain a person under 18 so, no, a ban isn’t unfair

Mods/Admins have no obligation to attempt to verify the age of subjects in pictures and, in any case, how would you prove this person is over 18?

Presumably by providing their ID, asking them to get in touch to confirm they’re consenting to their pics being shared and then providing a selfie proving it’s them?

If someone looks young and could conceivably be under 18, don’t post the pics. Simple.

Whichever room it was, I’d be surprised if your ban is lifted.
 
To the OP: I checked both adult chat rooms and there is no user named Jenbimom40. So it’s either a different username or a different chat room. We can’t address your issue unless you provide us more information.

As for posting a pic of your daughters friend, why would you post her pic in a chat room? Did you get her consent? You said you and your bf are “open” with her, what exactly does that mean?

As a wise person once said….. “If someone looks young and could conceivably be under 18, don’t post the pics. Simple.”
 
There is a user named CindyBi40 in Adult Chat Now. Is that you? If so, your account isn’t banned. That account was kicked for 2 hours on 02Oct2022 for repeating.
Interestingly enough that account has a history of being muted and kicked. Several of those were for posting pics of your daughters “big titted friend” Jessie. Even MORE interesting is one of the kicks was for saying your daughters friend was “17 almost 18”. Hmmmmm 🤨

So cindybi40 just happens to be another female who just happens to be bi and who just happens to be 40 years old and who just happens to have a daughter who just happens to have a friend and just happens to post her daughters friends pics?? So many coincidences, right?? Almost unbelievable. 🙄
