I don’t think they can ban people without just reason, and neither do they seem to do it just cause someone has asked.

P.S — not a staff member, just speaking from other request like yours i’ve seen

No. This has been asked before. You are responsible for blocking the site from your own ISP end.

You’d only request to be unbanned again as you have previously.
