Banned 4 ''Spamming''

I was banned from Adult Chat Ave, for spamming...I'm 63 years old and all I do is chat...I don't even know how to spam something. I thought spamming was an advertisement. I've been a member for over 3-4years, could someone have hit my name by mistake...I'm really confused.
