Banned and adult chat

Hi

For some reason I have been banned from adult chat mobile. When I log in I just get a message saying I was banned and the reason is spam.

I hardly ever post in main chat so quite confused by this. Please can you look into this.

My username is Sharkman. I am still using my adult chat desktop account fine with no problem.
