Banned and police

I'm 17, and was on the gay chat when I was banned and told police were going to be alerted. I beg that you don't do that, and I will never touch this website again and never return.

You said you were 16 in the chat but either way you're under 18 and not allowed in Gay Chat. Ban obviously stays but I've not referred anything to the police.

You don't need to stay away from the site as a whole but you need to stay out of 18+ rooms until you're 18. Boys Chat, Teen Chat, or General Chat allow people of your age.

Do you feel reassured now?

If you have been banned from a chat room, you are likely to see a screen that carries a warning about law enforcement, as below

Seeing this screen does not mean that you have been reported to law enforcement. It informs you that we can provide your IP address to law enforcement in cases of illegal activity, either through our choice when making a report or on request from law enforcement.

Ink has responded, you're not getting a case nor do you have to stay away from this site. You just need to stay away from the 18+ chats.
