Banned don't know why?

2 days ago I got banned from adult chat room was not doing anything explicit or promoting social media or anything of that sort just having chat.
Then a message popped on my screen "banned"
Details will be passed to law enforcement if have been doing anything illegal, which was not the case at all.

At the bottom it said reason given "spam". When clearly I was not doing anything of that nature.

My username: lonelyman
And I had good levels achieved.

Since it says spam you’ve probably been caught in the spam filter which bans certain words to be said in the room. You’ve tried to go around the word so the system basically banned you in a way of defense.
