Stop replying to anyone who does not have a Staff badge... They are just trolling the kick ban threads for kicks.
 
Not for CP they don't. They get Bot spam bans, but I have never seen anyone kicked and then banned for CP and have it reversed.
You are not innocent till proven guilt, the ban proves you guilty, now you can plead your case to an admin.

I understand that at the face it looked like a was soliciting/requesting underage pornography but that is quite literally the opposite. I was discussing with another user how people get banned for some crazy reasons and how I have been seeing CP on the site but they don’t get banned. If it is possible you can see that I report the CP that I do see. I’m pretty disappointed in the situation but understand how it looked. I was hoping to have someone review my reports to show that I am an upstanding user and maybe get my account unbanned.

So tell the class what you had posted which triggered me to ban you for CP?

I’ve just banned your new account until we figure this out btw….

Here is your answer, I don't care if you are not. You were banned for a reason. And till that is lifted you are banned for CP.

Yeah no that’s super fair! I completely understand. So basically I said something along the line of “it’s actually crazy the amount of CP” in response to another user saying something about banning people for weird reasons, which the site obviously censored. I wasn’t going to attempt to bypass it but the user responded by “the amount of what?” And that’s when I bypassed it by typing C. P. That’s when I got the 2 hours ban. After two hours I went back on and just chilled really nothing happened, went to sleep, woke up, and I was permanently banned for CP.
