Banned for “spam” while talking with friend

I was banned in the Adult Chatroom earlier for spam for saying “ofc pookie” when replying to my friends message
Ive never spammed that, or anything for that matter, before
Id like to be unbanned as i like chatting to the friends ive made there and i believe i was unrightfully banned by the system

My user is Wowies in Adult Chat

Hello, the filter read the c and p in your post as cp which is not allowed. I unbanned you. Just be careful in the future ok?
 
Hello I've been either kicked or banned i can't gain access into the video chat room, can you please find out what I've done exactly? I appeared as a guest my username was mathew_1988*im not into gays or teens thanks* thats was just to make people aware that I'm not interested. But as far as the chat goes I've not said anything to anyone. Please let me know what I've been doing wrong many thanks 👍
