Banned for illegal (I didn't post anything like that)

Hi I was on and just got banned for Images requesting r word and illegal p**n. I'll admit the first bit is true one of the pics I was posting was a "send this user anything degrading etc include r*" but the second half about illegal the pics I posted had nothing to do with that. It wasn't asking for it and the picture themselves wasn't illegal? Helps pls
 
I can't remember my user as I made it on the spot when registering and login it was something like 25bttmuk but I can't fully remember the pfp was me in fishnets

It was in the gay chat room
I always logged in using my email but I don't have any emails from chat avenue for like password resets

Last messages I got was some guy saying that was disgusting so I asked what is and he said that (didn't tell me or show me what he was on about) feel he's reported me for something bad to get me off the sight because he didn't like the post

(I asked him twice what was but he never told me and next thing I know I was banned)
 
Hi, @25MUk99. Your username is "25UkCloset". Anyways, I am one of the staff members in the room and I shall be providing you with some context around the modaction you've received over the past few days.

You were caught by one of my fellow staff members 2 days ago at approximately 21:37 EST posting an image with text in violation of rule 9 and were removed for 2 hours. I presume your ban is due to a repeat of the same incident. I will not be telling you who kicked you or who banned you as this is privileged information.

Your images contain language which reads "I consent to being sent any kind of p***" (emphasis added) or something along those lines. This sort of language suggests you're okay with being sent.. very illegal stuff. We are extremely sensitive to phrases like "Any age", "No limits", "any kind of p***", etc as we are in a state of constant war with vile criminals trying to sell/distribute very illegal stuff in our room. You saying this means you're agreeing to being sent.. illegal material which falls under rule 9.2. This may have also led to your ban.

I suggest taking the time to review our rules in case your appeal is granted while you wait for @Inkandtatts to respond.
 
I apologise for the pictures with the words used.
But the no limit stuff I meant in the way of like weird kinks etc..
I never meant it in a "send me illegal stuff" kinda way.
I should've thought about the phrasing though I just at the time assumed that everyone else was on the same wave length as me and it wasn't needed to say don't send illegal pictures etc..
 
You can keep me banned I broke the rules about the r* kink stuff (I'm not into real r*) but I just wanted to clear up the illegal part because I hadn't posted anything or asked for anything illegal I just assumed that that went without saying not to send illegal stuff
 
It was one of those pics like I agree to be degraded etc sent big c****s etc send me some weird kinks etc (like there's a kink of Brazilian girls sitting on cakes for Christ sakes there is some funny stuff out there) and one of the c*** had r**** threats. As in someone sends to me what they would do to me etc say I was tied up and they could do anything to me etc

But anytime of anyday there are the same 15 accounts or something posting the same copy and paste paragraphs openly admitting selling illegal stuff and nothing seems to happen to them. But I post a pic that's not asking for it or saying I send it etc and I get a IP ban
 
It's just annoying though because they be posting it for hours sometimes blatantly posting about it. Then I post a pic and there's a r* word on it and I get a insta ip ban and acused of being a pedo
