Banned for serious reason. Personal feud with mod.

I have had main chats back and forth in an immature way with a mod called 'aCinna' there has been teasing from her and me. Many PMs exchanged in a friendly (casual conversation) and unfriendly way (joking by her and me)

She is a new mod inexperienced we have been playing this game every time I use the site. She then began to get salty and claimed I am a 'pedophile' for talking to her because she's young and I'm 19, she made up a story despite always continuing to talk to me. She sometimes @'s me first and PMs first.

I regret playing her game now she abused her newly given moderator power. When we use to talk she wasn't moderator. Why does chat avenue give mod to such young users? My username was NightOwl now it says I'm banned for 'pedophile'
 
Just want to add I use to talk to her on my old account now I can't screen shot because I deleted it. I also PM'd another mod before I was banned told them about her playing games with me and they said ignore her that's all. Despite her always replying to me in main chat when I wasn't talking to her.

Putting the past aside for now, we have NOT spoken since I was hired. The last conversation I can remember was you telling me your sexual desires, and I was telling you to "**** off." Mid-conversation, I was promoted, and you rightfully got kicked for sexual harassment. Then, you disappeared. Until now, unfortunately. That was over 2 months ago.

Outside of telling Seyma my experience with you, the minors you talked with, and the two kicks that led to your ban today, I have NOT talked to or about you, I have NOT touched your profile, I have NOT kicked you, I have NOT spoken to you, I don't even know how to search for you because you have ALWAYS messaged me first. It was your choice to message me yesterday and you were rightfully kicked for being a pedophile, twice, because that's what your last account was (allegedly) banned for.

But since everything you've mentioned in this post is from the past, sure. We can talk about that now.

I did NOT speak to you in main chat some time before I was hired, everything after a certain point was in DMs, that, again, you ALWAYS initiated. I have NEVER "teased" you, played "games" with you, been "friendly or casual" with you (since the first day we met), I have NOT made jokes to or about you, and I am VERY FAR from being the slightest bit interested in you- romantically, sexually, or as a person.

For several months, probably over a year by now, I was harassed by you, and everything you tell other people is essentially the opposite. You were sexual with me....WHILE YOU THOUGHT I WAS 14. When you told me you wanted to "be my dad," or date me, or "eat me out," or have me "pull down my pants for you," EVERYTHING you have EVER said to me, YOU THOUGHT I WAS 14. And you still talk about me as if I'm a kid, as if I'm "too young" to be a functional moderator.

Beyond my personal experiences, because believe it or not, I take my fucking jobs seriously, I've seen you talk to and harass minors in main chat. One of them is 14. That seems to be your preference, and all of this was enough to get you banned once. Thanks for letting me air this out, "Osman".

I'm just so tired of him playing his world's saddest violin and trying to turn people I know, especially my mod friends, against me. When it's so obvious I just want him out of my life, haha.

Plus, now I have concrete evidence of him messaging minors out in the public. In several of those screenshots, the Eri/GamerUK ones, I hadn't turned 18 yet. 🙂
