Got banned for spam, and I'm unaware of what I did for that it's upsetting because of how much I enjoy using the chatroom can I have further help as to explain what happened

I was talking in messenger with someone about a facesitting experience I had all of a sudden, banned for spam I didn't say anything I don't think was bad
