Banned for Spam (I did not spam)

I was banned for spamming but I wasn't spamming in the chat? So idk what happened but I've had that account for nearly a year and now I'm banned so, that sucks and am wondering if anything can fix it.

Upon information provided, you where spam banned yes.
But also looking, you have reached max for ******* & several max kicks for inappropriate behavior.
Upon this being said, I shall believe, ban stays as max offenses have been reached and you would've been banned regardless.
