Banned for spam?

Hi! I was banned for spam last night and I don’t know why. The username I was using (and have used for a long time until having to make this account to come post about what happened) was redhead33f … I was having a nice conversation with one person and didn’t say anything that I would think would be against any rules. But if someone could let me know what I might have said that wasn’t allowed and remove the ban, I’m happy to be more careful about what I say! Thanks! -redhead33f
