Banned for spam?

Hi there, I've been banned from adult chat (mobile app). The reason given was spam. I have never posted any spam. I was just chatting as usual when I was banned. Could someone please look into my ban and help me out.

The chat room was adult chat mobile.
Banned around 12.30am on the 4th September.

Ok I have checked your account ...yes it's a spam ban HOWEVER what you posted there is another issue hence I will not lift the ban for now and will let the room admin to decide . You are free to pm him @foreverman personally to appeal.pls click on the name .
