banned for spam

hey hope you're doing well i was banned for spam today but i didn't do anything i was just talking to a guy in the gay adult room, unfortunately i was a guest account and don't remember my username .. all i have is my IP address and i don't want to share that out publicly as I'm in a homophobic country where it is a crime, how do i resolve this issue?
 
To be more specific, was this in the Gay Chat room or the Adult (Desktop or mobile) Chatroom?
 
For the record, never post any public information such as ip addresses or emails in the public forums. I've tagged the admin below; they'll look into the matter.

sorry for wasting your guy's time but when i closed my browser and restarted it again there is no ban and i could enter the chat site, i apologize for the inconvenience thanks ❤️
