Banned for spam

Hi there, seemed to have been banned for spam on adult mobile:-( was talking most of the day then suddenly a messaged popped up saying I was banned. I only generally talk to friends there and never post in main room. My profile name is AJ. I couldn’t even ask for help here until had set up a new profile as wouldn’t let me log in:-( is it possible to get my main profile AJ unbanned??
