Banned for spam?

Hello,

I was banned for "spam" permanently with the name SolarisHiii. I dont believe I was spamming too much, I was just looking for conversation. Not sure why I was banned but could someone look into this? If I did something wrong, fair enough, but I dont think I did. ^w^

I also was banned for "spam"around the same time as SolarisHiii was, I wasn't even chatting in the room when I got that message. Not even sure why I was banned for spam, can you please look into this as well . And since I was banned , how long does that ban last for spam? Thank you,

Hey @SolarisHiii, what room were you banned from? This way we can tag the right admin to help.
