Banned for Spam?

Got banned this morning for Spam? Understand I might have broken the rules for the first time regarding topics of discussion, but is there anyway to get unbanned?
 
don't type " mom/son" wtf????? if it was a question don't talk to incest people UNBANNED
also no violence also WTF???? maybe we aren't a good fit for you?????????????????????

What violence did I incite? I’m confused by that statement but I understand the rules broken. If I can get unbanned it won’t happen again if not, so be it. Thank you.
