Banned for spam

Hi. I was in a private chat telling a story to someone. Next thing I know is that it gets marked as spam and I was banned. I spelled out the word twelve in regards to something happening 12 years ago even writing years ago afterwards. I do not solicit or send fake stuff. My username was 40FBcoach. I was in the adult chat room for guests. I sent a direct message to foreverman but didn't know if someone could help me understand. Thanks.

Hello, I can’t find any account named 40FBcoach in either of the two adult chat rooms. Was it a guest account?
