Banned for spamming?

Hello, umm I don’t want this to be a big deal but I was wondering how come I was banned for spamming when I haven’t spammed. I typed the same thing twice but not like supper fast I’m just curious is all. Thank you have a nice day/ night.
 
I’m sorry, I didn’t see where that was a rule. If you could show me I’d appreciate it and then I will be glad to leave this alone.
