@Lisblanc and @foreverman are the room admins as I am assuming this is for adult chat.
Funny thing... the ban seems to be lifted because i can enter a username and prove im not a robot. However, the system now says i have reached maximum allowed registrations or something. How can that be when i'm using the same username. Someone or something is working against me right now. Mordor mode...
Try clearing your cache, cookies and history, then try to log in.
If you're trying through a guest account you might have to wait 24 hours to make a new guest account

I want to say that messsge pertains to registering the max guest usernames in 24 hours.
Like are you coming in and out of chat frequently in one day?

I enter as a guest. And yes, it might seem to the system that I go in and out of the room several times. Probably because I have to refresh the window a lot because otherwise my private messages won't be sent to the one I'm chatting with unless I do so.
It's now been more than 24h since I tried to enter as a guest and I still get the message maximum allowed regitrations. How come?
Clearing the cache and internet history didn't help.
I'm on a laptop.

I’m starting to think the max registrations clock has been extended longer than 24 hrs. If you frequent the room may I suggest activating and account.
I've tried to activate an account with a username. I still get the same message. I'm trying to register the username to the same emailaddress i used for activating an account on this forum. Could that be the problem? Or is it an IP-address issue?
And I can't login with the username I have here in this Forum I suppose?

Using the same email address for forums and a chat room would not cause any issues. Every chat room and the forums are all independent of each other when it comes to registering an account with an email address. You should be able to use the same email address for each chat room and the forums without any issues.
