Banned for "spamming"

Idk what I did on the teen chat room to get banned, i only went on there to talk to one person privately, i followed all the guiderlines and rules. Is there a way I can get my account back?

Your comment was way over the top inappropriate so whatever caught the spam ban list was a good thing because you obviously do not belong in public chats
