banned for supposedly spam

hi i'm Dylan and i chat in teen chat room i was in teen chat room last week and suddenly a black screen appears and states that i'm banned for spaming. I was only just chatting with some one not spamming them. Hoping this matter can and will be resolved i much appreciate it

Can I ask what you were discussing when you sent the message that populated with that “spam” screen?
