Banned from adult chat citing spam?

Hi there, hope you're well. I was chatting in adult chat with a lady who was sending me gifs. We'd just started chatting and as I was answering one of her questions about gifs, I got redirected into a page citing I was banned, for spam. Not sure what I'd done, as we were chatting about the gifs and talking about what we'd gotten upto during Christmas.
My user that I was using was Ragnar_l0th.

Could you please assist, please?

My apologies for lack of clarity. I can't speak for the exact room name, but it was the main adult chat room, that tops the list on the left side menu, that also has quiz, dice etc listed.
