Banned from Adult Chat (mobile)

Hi there,
I’ve been banned from Adult chat (mobile) this evening - AndyUk.
Reason given: Spam

I’m not using a vpn and I’ve tried to login both on WiFi and mobile data.

Please can someone check and explain why as I certainly haven’t been posting spam?

A spam ban happens when you say something that's in the spam filter which triggers the ban. The admins have been tagged below and will be around to assist you.

Hello, I found your account. This is why you were banned: “14yo girl?”

You also have 7 kicks for using a VPN.

Their chat name started with 1 and ended with 4 so I assumed they were UA. My understanding is that one can’t report based on the assumption that it reflects their age, it has to be confirmed.
I asked so that I could report it but was banned before I had a chance to report.

The vpn kicks were all fairly recent all after i downloaded a new app which I hadn’t yet worked out how to disable the auto use of the vpn when connecting through WiFi

Until chat prevents names like 1xxxxxx4, 1xxxxxx5 etc there will always be a risk of people being banned for trying to do the right thing so I’d be grateful if my ban could be overturned.

So when you put those numbers together in an 18+ chatroom, of course it will flag.

Edited: typo because autocorrect made it make no sense.
