Banned from adult chat without reason given when trying to log in?

I've been offline most of the day, to then try to login with just the black screen with the ban logo.. telling me I cannot enter, but no reason given? I'd like to know if my account can be recovered & the reason for banning? I had no altercations on my account when I logged out last night, so I'm just confused?

If none of that works, please post back here and @Kim or @foreverman should be able to assist you.

It would also be helpful if you state your chat username and whether you were using Adult Chat mobile or Desktop

EDIT: still says not banned , you may have to make a new account using an alt email.
