Banned from adult chat

I have been banned from adult chat with no real explanation. Got a message at the bottom saying "ua ass pic ua". I have posted pictures but nothing that I thought I'd get banned for, all my photos are in the same vein as everyone else's in that chat so this seems very unfair to me. Especially during as the ban has been in effect for days. Can I have my account back please?

Also sorry, I didn't realise I could message adims direct with this issue. Not sure if making it public is the best way to deal with it
