Banned from Adult Chat.

I hope someone can help. It seems I have been banned from adult chat. I was using it fine last night (UK) and went to log in this morning and it tells me I’m banned?! I have no idea why this may be! My username is Dexter there. Any help very much appreciated.

In the meantime it's a big help to know the following so I'd advise you, if you have the time, to answer the ones you haven't already while you wait. It'll help the admins resolve your issue quicker.
  • What is your username in the room?
  • Which room were you kicked/banned from?
  • Are you complaining about a kick or a ban?
  • What was the reason given for the kick/ban?
  • How long was the kick/ban for?*
  • Why do you feel the kick/ban was not justified?
  • Date and approx. time of kick/ban:
  • Do you know the name of the Moderator/Admin that kicked/banned you?
 
As I log in I just get a no entry sign and the words you are banned. There is no information given about any reason, length of ban, and no information given on which mod or admin.

I'm clutching at straws here but you may have been sharing an IP with someone else that was banned, the admins will be with you soon. 🙂
 
i have checked tgat account and it is not banned no history at all on it. TRY clearing your cache/history rebooting router and restarting your device and refreshing the site.

Thank you so much. It seems the site likes my home Wi-Fi network but all of a sudden not my 4G phone network. Still saying I’m banned on 4G but working fine on Wi-Fi. Bizarre! Thanks again Obscure.

Put your phone into airplane mode for at least 30 seconds and then back to normal.
