There should be a reason on the ban screen. What does it say?

If there is no ban reason then try clearing your cookies, cache, and history then restarting the device you're using

I see you've had this issue before in this thread. It might be worth sending your IP address to the room admin @Anne-uk <- Click the username then "start conversation"

Hi Josh
I have checked kick history and there is no kick or ban. Your account is NOT banned, it is showing off line, im thinking you may of triggered a system ban, Mods will always give a reason if kicked. If you are still having a problem, clear cache and re log in.
Treating this as Solved now as account is clear.

Can be closed now please @Samwise @Ness_eb
