As for the ban, I checked and see none on your account could be an ip ban. Tagging admins @Anne-uk @foreverman

*note: user was seen in room about an hour after they stated they couldn’t login.

I’m using an incognito ban. I have not discussed, viewed, or posted any inappropriate content. Would an IP ban be through my provider?
