Banned from teen chat, ip ban and recorded. Unsure why

Hi, so i log into teen chat once in a while to check messages or if my 1-2 friends are on. Then i log back out, i did that a few days ago and logged in once again and it says. "You have been banned from this chat. Your IP address has been recorded and can be used by law enforcement to identify you in cases involving illegal activity" im unsure what i did besides check for messages and my friends. Ive never gotten this before and have not been banned for any reasons related to any illegal activity before either. Please help me resolve this, not trying to get a visit from law enforcement for no good reason, my mother would have a heart attack no doubt.

Also i was unbanned today and was able to scroll through the chat. Then i was banned once more, so im lost

Try clearing out your cache and cookies. And if you were using Data then switch to WiFi and it should mostly work for you.

If you're in the room whilst being on Data, try switching to wifi right now and see if it bans you.

So when i switch to wifi, im still able to scroll the chat and message and such, until i refresh the page. Then it bans me

A way that mostly works, turn on airplane mode keep it on for a few seconds, then turn it off. Then refresh the browser, then try logging in your account whilst being on WiFi.

Also, you could try refreshing your router by turning it off, keep it turned off for few seconds then turn it back on.

If all of these methods don't work, message @Honeycomb your IP, you could do that by pressing on the blue name then press ' start conversation ', add in a title then send her your IP.

If you don't know your IP you could get it by searching " what's my IP? " On g00gle.

Edit: I'm seeing you in the room, did WiFi work for you?

No, that's an IP ban, it happens a lot on here. Sit and relax, the police won't show up.
