Banned from video chat - don't know why

Hi, I use video chat as a guest periodically. Last night, I entered video for the first time in about two weeks, clicked on a couple of cams, and then received a message that my IP address has been permanently banned. The message didn't state what I'd done wrong, and I'm scratching my head trying to figure it out. How can I find out the reason for the ban?

Does it say “spamming” if so that’s a system ban, or you have the ban glitch, if you have a actual typed reason then it’s @Chatmaster

It's just a generic message about how I must have done something pretty bad to get a permanent ban, and it gives a few examples of things that may have got me where I am. I never saw any specific reason and never received (or saw) a warning prior to the ban. At the time I got the ban message, I had just entered the chat room two minutes before and hadn't done anything other than click two cams and scroll through the user list looking for someone I know. I did message the video chat admin about this, but I see his profile in the forums says he hasn't been "seen" since November 14th. Maybe I should take message @Chatmaster?
