Banned from Video Game Chat for asking a question

LOL I'm guessing the bot did this but I simply asked "Is the PM I received every time I enter the room that tells me to go to fuckweek.com sanctioned by chat-avenue." Poof - banned for spamming. Had to laugh because we all get spammed by this message and other messages begging us to go to sex sites and I am guessing chat avenue gets a kick back? Otherwise they would have figured out a way to stop this. Was using the name Loco which I thought was cute due to the mod Motive 🙂 Have no idea if this is a perm ban for temporary but seems hypocritical since the spamming seems to come from chat avenue and I was just asking a question.
 
If you say that "fuckweek.com" u get banned by the system cos its on the spam filter so yeah.
 
Thank you for the responses. I guess the real question is if chat avenue is behind (or sanctioning) the pm that everyone gets when entering the room directing us to try fuckweek.com, why would that be in the spam filter? Just curious.....
 
Hi @BSBGIRL, you are correct that you got an automatic system spam ban. Chat Avenue does not condone the bots that PM you about explicit websites, which is why any mention of the websites they advertise results in a ban. The goal of the spam filter is to ban the bots since they are the ones most frequently mentioning the website, but sometimes ******** get caught by the filter unintentionally. @Apollo is the admin of VGC, and he will be by sooner or later to help amend this issue.
