Banned. Now appealing.

I was kicked from the Gay chat room a couple weeks ago for "pedo." I can understand why the intro I posted in the public chat was considered pedo, even though I mentioned no age. A couple days later, I was kicked again. This happened even though I had typed nothing in the public room and had engaged no one in a dm/private chat. A couple days after that, I was banned, for "pedo." Again, I had entered nothing in the public room and had engaged no one in a dm. It has dawned on me that maybe it is my name, "mike p," that got me banned. The 'p" is the first initial of my last name, but it occurred to me that a monitor may have construed "p" as code for "pedo."

I am appealing the ban. Thanks very much for your attention.

You’re aware of what you posted and how it could be interpreted. It was nothing to do with your name. At best it related to another banned subject.

You’ll need @Chopper , who is the room admin, as this was a ban.

You don't get to make pedophiliac comments once and expect it to be forgiven because it's Friday today and the issue occured on a Tuesday. If you made pedophiliac comments, you absolutely deserve to be removed from the room, banned, and potentially reported to authorities regardless of when the issue occured and how much time has elapsed.
