Banned: reason given 14?

I tried to sign into adult chat this moring to find out I have been banned with the reason being 14? I'm genuinely not sure what I've done wrong.

You may have to provide proof of age (like an ID with birthdate and photo. Cross out any pertinent infos except those two)

I don't know if you're old enough to be in adult chat or not, but if you are, under no circumstances show your ID to anyone! Crossed out or not, don't take that risk. If they don't believe your age then just let it go and find another room to chat in.

if you say you are 14 in chat, main room or pvt and i see it, guess what you get banned. 2 days in a row you said that 2 different staff member saw it. you stay banned.

I'm sorry but I still genuinely don't know that I did or at least I genuinely do not remember. Dates and times don't really help me know what I said. As far as I know had logged out before 6:36 on the 15th as I was on my way to a party. I just checked my call logs and the call I made after I had logged out happened at 6:15.

Yes I live with two other people. I'm sorry but I wouldn't be here trying to figure this out if I wasn't genuinely confused about this. As far as I know I was talking with some friends, I logged out around 6 to 6:15 and I came back today to find I've been banned. I know you might not believe me but have no reason to lie about this.

I don't know if this will mean anything but there is one user in the chat that seems to have a major problem with me. I've barely spoken to them I know they have messaged people I'm friends with to bad mouth me, they follow me into every room I go to and just sit there not saying anything and a few times they have posted conversations they had with others about me in the chats and then deleted them before anyone can see them.
