Perhaps don't request the thread be closed just yet. @Chatmaster might be the admin of Teen Chat, but the mods are responsive and can at least run through due diligence to see the chatter history and advise further. We have enough issues with cache and cookies that it might not even be a ban, or OP might have done something where the severity is bad enough that the ban isn't even worth appealing. In any case, the mods should have a voice before the thread is requested to be closed by someone uninvolved.
But the admin/cm has the last answer. Usually..

You stated the term 'mega' which was caught by spam filter. You can reverse this by pm'ing @Chatmaster

you can contact Owner by pressing on the blue letters on his username 'chatmaster' and press "start Convo" and basically state you where spam banned and request it be reversed. Good luck

Absolutely. The last answer though. The mods should still be able to have a voice.
B4 this closes, mods can't ban or unban. Yes ofc they can say why they are banned bc they can see the user history. But otherwise, the admin/cm is the best way to go.
