Banned wrongly?

Hi my friend got banned in singles chat, there is no way she would have done anything to break the rules, so i think a message might gave been (wrongly) detected as spam. Please could someone review what caused the ban?

your friend was caught by the system for spamming. the message she was banned for was
" My boys once they sex chat with me they give me a gift they send it"
so not getting unbanned.
