Hi all. I’ve been chatting in the adult chat room as Sexygrl. I went to log in today and got banned. I have no idea why. I never post in the main room and only talk to a few on a regular basis. What happened? Why was I banned? Can this please be reversed?

no history and a ban can be a few reasons:
1. Your ip is on the ip ban list cause of others accounts.
2. if no other accounts are listed then you may be using a vpn, or your country or isp service is banned.
3. you got the glitch that almost everyone gets at some point....
 
I only have the one account and I’m in the USA and I’ve been chatting for years so I don’t think it’s #1 or #2. When I log in with my user ID Sexygrl and my password the attached message shows up.

If a glitch how long does it typically take before I can join again?

Go in to your browser settings and clear the casche and browsing history, see how that goes.
 
Yes I’ve tried that several times. Still banned unfortunately. I tried making a new account but it won’t allow me to. When you checked my user ID I just want to make sure there is no “i “ it’s Sexygrl. Thanks for your help I just don’t know what to do.

As there is no reason as to why your banned I'm assuming it's the glitch as Kim or CM would have put a reason as to why your banned. Clearing ur cache try a new browser and if the issue persists drop Kim a pm with your IP address so she can check the banned ips and see if yours is somehow in there
 
Thanks! I have tried all suggestions and nothing has worked so far. I did send an inbox message to Kim early this morning but I have not heard anything back yet. I did notice that when I logged in from my work computer I was able to get in and if I was on my work Wi-Fi I could get in on my phone but the second I leave work or at my house I get the banned message. I have chatted from home, and work, and hotels when I’m traveling and I’ve never had anything like this happen.
