Hi there,

I got banned on adult chat and think I know the reason why but didn't realise it was wrong. Can someone look into this for me? I posted somewhere else but no one is responding. Username is GooningGoodTimes and it was on adult chat

Didn't know it's wrong when you have been kick few times fur similar mistakes ??? well good luck with your appeal .As for me you ban stays .

I thought the ban was for spamming. Hence why I stopped spamming. I didn't realise the content was the issue and also several others in that chat room have similar posts and content in their bio and have done for months and nothing happens to them.

You're the second person to seem to have some problem with me, but it seems to be ok for others do this?

Whenever someone is kick the exact content of mistake done were copy paste as the reason and you have seen that more than times .Ain't it enough to make you realised it's a mistakes.
And pls do not talk of others when you don't know how many we kicked and banned daily .
Lastly I do not have problem with you ,it's just our responsibility to ensure rules are being adhered to.

I am assuming 70% of those banned users are your ex-husbands? @Lisblanc .
 
As I have already explained, I thought the kicking was for spamming. You actually seem to be angry about this along with displaying personal hope that I won't get this resolved even though I have stated what occurred. Please refrain from being rude. I made a mistake and am asking for forgiveness of this misunderstanding and have said several times now it won't be happening again now that I know the mistake I actually made. Thank you

Well I've already explained what happened now a few times anyways. I was told by other users on your site that the previous kicks were for spamming and not to worry. They told me they did the whole voucher thing before and where I am from originally it isn't illegal. Admittedly I shouldn't have taken their word for it
 
@Lisblanc is trying to explain the reason you got banned and help you understand what happened.
You shouldn't put that in the being rude category because she's doing something good, something she's great at and been doing it for so long, just be patient <:
 
I understand. And I'm simply explaining my side of things and have apologised now a few times for my confusion. I appreciate everyone's info and feedback and hope this can resolved with understanding that I was misinformed by other users and it won't happen again. Thank you.

Send him a PM by clicking on his username @foreverman and click "start conversation." All staff are volunteers and will address your concerns as time allows, but they get tagged so often in threads, a PM sometimes works a little better.
