I copied and pasted a post from another user to send to the mod in the room (don’t remember who it was ). The mod left, so I was unable to send to them. Then I pasted into the chat a few minutes later, not remembering that I had copied what the other user posted. I was then banned for posting that comment into the room. This was completely accidental.

She has been active for over 1 hour prior to your removal and remained active for over 11/2 hours afterwards. So no, she did not leave the room as you claim.
How do I know this? I checked her work logs. All time stamped.
She copy and pasted exactly what you posted. As did the other moderator who removed you a few hours prior to your “accidental post”
In fact, your removal by my moderator was over 24 hours prior to me catching up with it. Funny how you didn’t feel it necessary to mention your “mistake” until I banned you.
I absolutely will not be removing your ban.
