If this is Adult Mobile, they had a server crash that rolled back a few months last I heard, alot of accounts were lost. So there is a chance if Archy cant find your account, you arent banned, your account will just need to be remade. If you had VIP or any other purchases, you can contact chatavecom@g mail.com with subject "Adult Mobile Purchases" to discuss that with the site owner.
